After you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will start preparing your order according to the pickup or delivery time you have selected. Below are our refund and delivery terms.

Wrong order

If you have made a mistake with your order or provided the wrong delivery address, you can simply contact us and let us know as soon as possible. We can make suitable changes to the transaction and provide the correct food.

Bad food

Though we always cook our food with the freshest ingredients, we feel that it is our responsibility to provide assurance regarding any bad experience. If you feel that the food is in bad quality, contact us and let us know. We will take care of the inconvenience and provide you with suitable refunds.

Cancellation of the order

We are unable to provide refunds for the return of the food. Also, if you cancel the order after the food has been cooked, the cancellation is not acceptable. For more information, you should contact us.


You can place an order for any future date. Once your order is ready, we will email and SMS you to let you know that it’s with the driver and on its way to your address. Please allow up to 20 mins for the order to reach you.
